Each piece of art we offer is one of a kind and may or may not be the exact piece you see here. While each artist can often closely reproduce what is pictured, your item may vary slightly in size, shape, or color. As a result, you are always assured of purchasing a truly unique piece of art. We will gladly email you a digital photo of the exact piece you are purchasing for your approval before shipping it to you. Please call us if you have any questions. If you are not able to call during our working hours, feel free to leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Prices posted on this site are subject to change without notice. Artists will periodically adjust pricing based on demand, cost of materials, etc.

Shopping Cart - We have provided an easy to use format for purchasing on line. You can check the status or change what you have selected to order at any time by selecting the "view cart" option located at the top of every page. The site is totally secure for submitting your personal information including credit card specifics. If you are more comfortable, you can also call us with your ordering information. We will email you when we receive your order to confirm that we received it and to inform you when it will be shipped. Feel free to use the Special Requests box at the bottom of the Order Summary page to present special requests (e.g., gift wrapping, gift cards with your personal message on it etc.).

Shipping - We offer free shipping for on-line orders of $150 or more (UPS Ground only). 2 Day and International shipping service is also available.

Payment Methods - We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards. If you prefer to send a check, payment is required before we ship.

Return Policy - You may return any undamaged piece within 30 days for a full refund if you are not satisfied for any reason. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to All Fired Up. If the item was damaged when you received it, All Fired Up will happily pay for the shipping costs to and from the customer

Art Pieces Not Pictured On Our Website - Occasionally, the exact piece you are looking for may not be pictured on our website. Call or email us with your specific preferences (size, color, type, artist, price, etc.) and we will email you digital photos with descriptions of pieces we currently have that closely match your description. If you prefer, we will gladly send you hard copies in the mail.

We have had great success having our artists make special pieces for our customers. Please contact us if you see a piece you like and want it made in a different color combination or size. However, each piece is one of a kind and may vary slightly from your expectations. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
