Glasscapes from Stone Ridge Glass are an intriguing cross between
two and three dimensional stained glass art. The image is composed of multiple pieces of
glass that can be re-arranged to subtly change the interplay of color, shape, pattern,
illusion of depth and movement, and illumination. Glasscape artists, Lucie Boucher and
Bernie Huebner, are based in Waterville, Maine. Each Glasscape comes with a 42" L x 2" H x 7" D handmade
walnut base with an integrated lamp. The glass pieces are hand cut or sawn, then ground,
and the edges are polished either in a kiln or on a flat lapidary wheel.
